Proper Express has operated from its Raipur hub since 2019, building a reputation on one thing: consignments that leave tonight and arrive tomorrow. A franchise gives you that network, that reputation and the systems behind them from day one, instead of building a transport business from nothing.
We are looking for partners in towns and cities across Chhattisgarh and along our operating corridors — people who know their local market, can handle customers face to face, and want to run a serious operation rather than a side business.

Hands-on training in booking, documentation, e-way bill compliance, handling and customer service for you and your staff.
Operational Backing
A point of contact at the hub for routing, exceptions, claims and anything the branch cannot resolve locally.
Listed on Our Network
Your branch appears on our branches page with its own address, phone number and directions, and is reachable by every customer using the site.
Is This You?
- Commercial premises at street level with room to receive, sort and hold goods, in a location customers can reach easily.
- Working capital to run the branch, and the ability to meet settlement terms.
- Someone present and accountable day to day — transport is not a business that runs itself.
- Local knowledge of the trade in your area: which markets move goods, and where.
- Basic computer literacy for the booking system, and staff who can be trained on it.
- A clean commercial record and valid GST registration.
Prior experience in transport, courier or logistics is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters more is commitment and local reach.

2. Initial discussion
We will talk through your location, what volume it can realistically support, and how it fits our existing routes.
3. Site assessment
We assess the premises and the local market, and set out the commercial terms for that specific location.
4. Agreement and launch
Once terms are agreed, we handle onboarding, system access, training and connecting your branch to the network.
Commercial terms — investment, security deposit and revenue share — depend on the city and the size of the operation, and are discussed once we understand your location.
