Proper Express has run from its Raipur hub since 2019. Overnight delivery means the work is time-bound: vehicles leave when they are meant to leave, and consignments are where they should be the next morning. People who like that rhythm tend to do well here.
We are a growing company rather than a large one, which means responsibility comes early and good work is visible. If you want a role where your effort disappears into a system, this is probably not it.
The Kinds of Work We Hire For
Branch Operations
Booking consignments, documentation and e-way bill compliance, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and keeping the branch running day to day.
Drivers
Line-haul drivers for our overnight routes and local drivers for pickup and delivery. A valid commercial licence and a clean record are essential.
Warehouse & Handling
Loading, unloading, sorting and stacking. Careful handling matters here — most damage claims trace back to how goods were moved, not how far.
Customer Service
Handling tracking queries, delivery coordination and complaints on the helpline, in Hindi and English.
Sales & Business Development
Building relationships with traders, manufacturers and distributors who move goods regularly, and bringing their freight onto our network.
Accounts & Administration
Billing, GST compliance, credit account management and reconciliation across branches.
