Overnight Parcel Delivery

Most transport companies will give you a delivery estimate. Very few will give you a departure time. That distinction is the whole of what we do differently.

Why most "express" freight is not fast

The economics of road transport push carriers towards consolidation. A vehicle that leaves half full loses money, so the sensible commercial decision is to wait until there is enough freight to justify the trip. That is why a consignment quoted at two days can take six: it was not travelling for four of them, it was waiting for company.

Nobody advertises this. It shows up as vague delivery estimates, as "it will go tomorrow" repeated for three days, and as the reason businesses in Chhattisgarh keep more stock than they need.

How we run it instead

Our vehicles depart on schedule whether or not they are full. That is a real cost we absorb, and it is the only way an overnight promise can be kept. If departures depended on load, the promise would be conditional, and a conditional overnight service is just standard freight with better marketing.

The second half is the hub. Everything routes through Raipur, which we own and operate. A consignment moving Jagdalpur to Delhi is handled by us at both ends and in the middle — there is no partner yard where it sits waiting for someone else's schedule, and no handover where tracking goes quiet.

How it works for you

1. Book before the evening cut-off. At a branch counter, or online if you have an account. Cut-off times vary by branch and season — confirm at your branch rather than assuming.
2. We collect, or you tender. Free doorstep pickup within the serviceable area of each branch, or bring the consignment to the counter.
3. It travels that night. On the scheduled vehicle, not the next one that happens to fill.
4. Delivered the next day. To the receiver's address, against signature and proof of delivery. The receiver needs ID or the delivery OTP.

Where overnight applies

Overnight delivery runs on the lanes we operate ourselves, in both directions:

• Raipur to Jagdalpur and back
• Raipur to Ambikapur and back
• Raipur to Delhi and back

Each route page shows the current transit time for every service mode, taken live from our rate system, so the figures there are the same ones you will be quoted at booking. Destinations beyond our own network are served by our nationwide courier, where transit depends on the partner leg.

What it is honestly not

Overnight means the next working day at our served destinations, not a guaranteed hour. Weather, road conditions, strikes and regulatory checks affect road transport and we do not pretend otherwise — our booking rules set out where liability sits when circumstances intervene.

What we do commit to is that your consignment left when it was supposed to. That is the part within our control, and it is the part most carriers will not put a time against.
