Registered vendors get consistent, repeat work rather than one-off loads, and payment on agreed terms — which for most fleet owners matters more than the rate itself.

What You Will Need
- Valid GST registration and PAN.
- For vehicle owners: registration certificate, national or state permit as applicable, valid fitness certificate, insurance, and licensed drivers.
- A bank account in the business name for settlement.
- The ability to meet committed schedules — an overnight network only works if every leg runs on time.
- A clean commercial and compliance record.
Approved vendors are set up with an account on our system, so purchase, dispatch and settlement records are visible to both sides rather than sitting in a ledger somewhere.
