Nationwide Courier

Parcels and documents door to door across India, with the same tracking as our cargo.

The courier service handles what is too small to book as freight but too important to send untracked: documents against a deadline, samples, spare parts, e-commerce parcels.

Two different journeys, one booking

It is worth being straight about how this works, because it affects what you can expect.

Within our own network — between Raipur, Jagdalpur, Ambikapur and Delhi — parcels travel on our own overnight vehicles alongside cargo. Same schedule, same staff, same next-day commitment.

Beyond it, consignments route through our Raipur hub and continue on a partner leg. You still book once, get one bilty number and deal with us throughout. But the final leg is run by a partner, so transit time depends on their network rather than our schedule, and we will not quote you an overnight figure we do not control.

That distinction is why our route pages publish transit times for our own lanes and this page does not publish one for everywhere else.

What we carry

  • business documents, contracts and tender papers with fixed deadlines;
  • product samples between suppliers and buyers;
  • spare parts and small components;
  • e-commerce and retail parcels;
  • personal packages between families in different cities.

How it works

We collect from your address at no extra charge within branch serviceable areas. You get a bilty number, which is what you use to track the parcel and what any branch needs before it can discuss the consignment with you. The receiver signs on delivery and needs ID or the delivery OTP to collect.

Pay on delivery is available, so the receiver can settle charges instead of you — though if they decline, the sender remains liable.

Courier or cargo?

If your consignment is priced better by weight than as a parcel, book it as cargo instead. The dividing line is not a strict rule — ask at the counter and they will tell you which works out cheaper for what you are sending. See surface cargo for the alternative.

Common Questions

Nationwide Courier FAQ

Do you deliver couriers all over India?

Yes. Within our own branch network parcels travel on our overnight vehicles. Beyond it, consignments route through our Raipur hub and continue on a partner leg, so transit time there depends on the partner network rather than our own schedule.

Do you collect parcels from my address?

Yes, at no extra charge within the serviceable area of each branch. Call the branch or book online and we will collect.

Can the receiver pay for the courier?

Yes, pay on delivery is available. If the receiver declines to pay, the sender remains liable for the charges.

What does the receiver need to collect a parcel?

ID or the delivery OTP. We may refuse to hand over a consignment where identity cannot be established, which is a protection for the sender as much as anyone.

Should I send my item as a courier or as cargo?

Whichever prices better. Cargo is charged on chargeable weight and suits heavier or bulkier consignments; courier suits parcels and documents. Ask at the counter and they will tell you which is cheaper for your item.
