Free Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is included rather than sold as an add-on. For a business sending goods regularly, the time saved not driving to a counter is usually worth more than the freight difference between carriers.

How it works

Book online or call the branch and tell us where to collect. We come to your premises, take the consignment into custody with the paperwork done on the spot, and deliver it to the receiver's address at the other end.

The pickup address does not have to be yours. If you are buying from a supplier and want the goods collected directly from them, give us their name, contact number and address at booking and we will collect from there — a common arrangement for traders buying stock in one city to sell in another.

Where we collect

Within the serviceable area of each branch. That covers the municipal limits of our branch cities and the surrounding areas, including industrial estates like Urla and Siltara around Raipur.

Outside those areas we will say so rather than accept a booking we cannot honour. Call the branch and ask before you book — for locations further out, it is often quicker to bring the consignment in yourself, and we would rather tell you that.

Delivery at the other end

Delivery is made to the address given, against signature and proof of delivery. The receiver needs ID or the delivery OTP to take the consignment — that requirement protects the sender, since it is what stops goods being handed to whoever happens to be there.

If delivery cannot be completed, the consignment is held at the destination branch and the receiver contacted. Free storage days apply first, then storage charges.

A facility, not an entitlement

Worth stating plainly because it is in our booking rules: doorstep pickup, doorstep delivery and proof-of-delivery are facilities we extend, not rights attached to a booking. We may withdraw them for a particular consignment, address or customer where circumstances require — an inaccessible address, a safety concern, or an unresolved dispute on the account.

In practice this rarely arises. It is written down so that if it does, it is not a surprise.

Larger consignments

Free pickup covers consignments booked by weight. If you are moving enough to fill a vehicle, loading is arranged as part of the full truck load quote instead.
